Welcome to AndreaLoPresti.com. All pieces are Andrea’s original designs. They are made to order by the finest artisans in the jewelry capital of New York City. We are a small, dedicated team passionate about making beautiful things and we hope you get as much pleasure from wearing our pieces as we derive from creating and selling them.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards. New York residents will be charged sales tax.

Shipping

Since each piece is made to order, please allow 4-6 weeks from payment clearing for your order to be shipped. We do not ship without full cleared payment.

We ship all packages via Priority Mail only. Insurance for the full purchase price and adult signature required are added to the flat rate.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your purchase!

We try to photograph and describe our pieces as accurately as possible so you should have a really good idea of the piece before you buy.

Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order if you are not satisfied with the item purchased. In order to solve the problem we will do our best to work out a solution with you.

In the unlikely event of a return, the item and box must be returned in original condition, unused, unworn, unaltered and in the exact condition as received.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related expenses for shipment. Item must be sent back fully insured.

Refunds are given upon receipt and inspection of the item. If we deem the piece has been used, worn, or altered in any way, a refund will not be processed. Lost stones or parts, misuse, and regular wear and tear are not causes for a refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All pieces arrive in gift boxes which are well protected and packaged in shipping boxes.
